Dog photos!

Expose yourselves, let's see what you've got!

  Uh, let me rephrase that - photos of the Black Dog (sans any bare body parts) would be most appreciated. :)

Milo,
Great pictures, dude! I'll see if I have enough webspace to post some of mine. Since I have to lurk at the start/finish, it's really a treat to see all the photos of things I missed out on. :)
thanks!

You don't stop riding because you grow old, you grow old because you stop riding.

Andy,
I don't know if you meant that as a serious jab, but Devil's Half Acre is actually a campground, and one of many historical stops along the Barlow Rd. open to anyone passing through. I purchased a Barlow Rd. brochure from the Mt. Hood visitors center the day before which explained the history and significance of DHA (the result of a forest fire, provided feed for livestock) and took the opportunity to check it out, along with other historical stops.

Believe me, I'm as critical as anyone of those going off course, but if the USFS chooses this type of example as a black eye, then I'd welcome it because we'd have a strong case for being unfairly singled out.

That's exactly why Tom said we lost the single track this year

I think you missed what Milo was trying to say......
Devil's Half Acre is a campground / scenic area next to the course, there is nothing saying we can't check out the scenery alongside the course....
