Flyers went out in the mail.

FYI, those that included their obligatory return stamped envelopes from last year, their letters are coming to them with this year's flyer. Not to worry, if you're already pre-entered, just use it as a spare to hand to a friend! :)

What is the purpose of the two SASE anyway? Is there something that the participant would receive other than the flyer?

I only ask 'cause one wouldn't have been registered if they didn't already have the flyer. Seems like extra work for naught. No big D, just curious.

Thanks

The reason for the two SASE's is one being used to send the preride info just prior to the ride. The second envelope is to receive a flyer for next year's event. There are many who either sign up online or send in their downloaded flyer early off the web. Then they receive a flyer in their SASE envelope, hence the reason that some people may get one in the mail after already having signed up online.

Hope that answers your question and see you there!
