This year's Rat Dog

FYI for you all, this year's Rat Dog will be a 2-day affair as we are partnering with Lobos M/C where each of us are taking one day: us on Saturday, Lobos on Sunday. Our flyer is posted on our website (Click here) and Lobos will hopefully have theirs posted sometime soon on their website (they just got it going, so be patient with them) at: http://www.lobosmc.com

Also, this year's Rat Dog will be slated to have a AA option that will include the infamous Bungee Jump Trail. There is no trail more challenging we feel and should provide wild stories around the campfire later on!

Will be fun!

Where is the nearest campground ? Or is there a camp at the staging that
is open for this event?

The staging area is Trask River Co. Park, and it's a nice, good sized area:

This year's Rat Dog course

FYI, this year's course should be a treat for everyone. For the A/AA riders, we even plan on using the infamous Bungee Jump Trail! For those that dare, it may be the most gnarliest trail you will have ever been on - guaranteed!

Any idea how many miles / what kind of pace needs to be kept up to finish all the A stuff. I'm going to try to make it back before dark this year.

JM,
Well, if we're able to use all the trail, you'll need to ride at a 'steady' pace. It will be seperate loops again, so you can miss a loop if you want, but you'll want to get out early. The 'A' course will basically be an enduro course - and you'll love it :!:
